ONGC has announced a total of 3,047 apprentice vacancies for Trade, Diploma and Graduate Apprentice positions across different sectors and work centres in India.

The online application process started on 29 October 2026, and eligible candidates can submit their applications until 20 November 2026.

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 24 years as on 29 November 2026. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories according to government rules.

Applicants must have the required 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma or Graduation qualification depending on the selected trade. The qualification must meet the conditions mentioned in the official notification.

ONGC will prepare a merit list based on marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. No separate written examination is specified.

The monthly stipend ranges from ₹8,200 to ₹12,300 depending on the apprentice category and qualification. Graduate apprentices receive ₹12,300, while other categories receive stipends according to their training level.
